What it does
Everything Persort does for your property.
01
Bookings with no double booking
Room types, rooms and whole-home listings, a two-week room calendar, and a check under a lock, so the last room is never sold twice.
02
Check-in, folios and receipts
Check in, move rooms, extend, check out. Nights, extras and restaurant bills on one folio, paid by cash, transfer, POS or a Receivly link, each with a receipt.
03
Housekeeping
A cleaning board that puts rooms with arrivals first, rooms given to each housekeeper, and an inspection before a room is ready for a guest.
04
Maintenance
Faults from report to fixed, rooms out of service until they are, and the faults that keep coming back in the same room.
05
Guest service desk
Problems and requests go to the team that fixes them, with a time to answer. The guest is told, and confirms the fix or reopens it.
06
Tables, orders and the kitchen
The floor, bookings, walk-ins and the waitlist. Orders go to the kitchen screen, bills split, and room service is charged to the room.
07
Verified reviews
Only a guest with a finished stay or meal can review. You answer in public or report a review to COVORN; you can never hide one.
08
Reports
Occupancy, average rate, revenue per room, restaurant sales, how money came in, and how fast guests were answered, each with how it is worked out.
09
A role for everyone
The general manager gives each person a role: manager, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant floor, kitchen or accounts, at one property or all.

- From Persort to PersonalTab
A booking is made with the guest's email, or the guest books in Stay
The guest sees the booking, the bill and the receipts in PersonalTab, asks for help with a photo or a voice note, and reviews after the stay.
- From Persort to Receivly
A payment link is sent for what is owed on a stay
The guest pays on Receivly's page. Once Paystack confirms it, the payment is recorded on the folio once, with its receipt.
